X-Factor comes to Naija!

The biggest reality TV show, X-Factor is the next ish and talk of the town. It was officially launched on the 27th of March 2013 but presently, the X-Factor crew are moving from State to State in search of the finest talents to be on the show. The first set of auditions took place last weekend in Port-Harcourt, Naija. Next stop is the Federal Capital Territory, FCT- Abuja from April 20– 21st,2013 @ The Sheraton Hotel, Maitama from 9am. Other regions and dates for auditions are as follows; Kumasi (Ghana) 4th – 5th May 2013 Accra (Ghana) 11th – 12th May 2013 Lasgidi (Lagos- Nigeria) 25th – 26th May 2013 Info has it that M.I the Mr Incredible, has been selected over many other celebs as a judge of the Singing Reality TV show and Toolz of Beat f.m as the Glo X-Factor Presenter. Ghanaian Rapper, Reggie Rockstone will be joining M.I as part of the judges while talks are still in progress to get Onyeka Onwenu as the final judge to bring on her expertise over the years. This is yet to be officially announced. The winner is said to go home with a whooping some of $150,000 which is equivalent to N24million and a recording contract with Sony Music. The X-Factor is coming to Africa for the first time and this is made possible by giant Telecommunication Company, Glo.
